Okay, so I understand that if I do this correctly, this should help me be more accountable as I attempt to rid myself of some 30-40 pounds.
This is what I ate today:
breakfast: Egg McMuffin and black coffee
lunch: (at S&S Cafeteria and portioned out)broiled, skinless chicken breast, steamed cabbage, broccoli salad, mixed fruit, cucumbers and tomatoes in vinegar, and a roll. I drank water.
supper: tuna fish with a little mayo and a boiled egg, approximately one ounce of toasted ritz chips, and a glass of water. If my mouth quits hurting, I will eat a kiwi for dessert.
