Today was a good day. For breakfast, I had a scrambled egg sandwich and black coffee. Lunch was a turkey breast sandwich, a few toasted ritz chips, and bottled water. Supper was grilled porkchops (boneless and lean with a touch of BBQ sauce), stewed squash, sliced tomatoes, and asparagus. I also had cantalope and drank water.
I spent most of the day relaxing, reading a Karen Kingsbury novel. After supper, I did a 30 minute wii fit workout.
I am about to have a snack of watermelon and watch tv with my husband.
Almost forgot...I've lost between one and two pounds, depending on my personal scales and my wii fit scales!
