After breakfast, I worked out for 30 minutes with my wii fit! That is the first time I've done more than 15 minutes, so I was pleased.
For lunch, I had a turkey breast sandwich and a big bowl of watermelon.
Before supper, I did some yard work, as I helped my husband, uncle, and cousin clear out a couple of pines that fell into our yard during the storm last night. (Bonus exercise!)
For supper, I had salmon patties, potato soup, stewed squash, fresh tomatoes, cantalope, a biscuit with a small amount of cane syrup, and unsweetened tea. I'm on my third bottle of water today. I think it's third, may be fourth.
All said, I'm pleased. I didn't overdo it today as far as food is concerned, and I got some good exercise in.

Looks like your new week and new attitude are starting well. What kind of bread are you using for your sandwiches? I try to avoid white bread like the plague. At home I use double fiber wheat bread. Away from home I try to at least get whole wheat.
ReplyDeleteActually, I'm using Colonial Super Enriched White bread because it's gluten free. Gluten is a no no for women in their 40's. Wheat bread has gluten in it.(I did my homework when I thought I was eating right and still had no energy!)
